Our thermoplastic portfolio includes components that support the aerospace/military, automotive, consumer electronics and recreational industries. Most of our thermoplastic expertise remains in processing all grades of PEI, PBT, Nylon 6 and 6/6 (glass or mineral filled and unfilled), TPU and PESU. Idea Tooling has capability to process any thermoplastic resin to meet your needs.

Our thermoset capability includes unsaturated polyester (BMC), SMC, phenolics, diallyl phthalate, epoxy, rubber and silicones. These resins support the electrical industry for insulators, circuit breakers, and safety components.

ITE offers complete design of parts and molds and has a full machine shop and tool room with CNC, EDM, grinding, lathe and milling capabilities. Our specialties are standard thermo-injection, cold-runner and hot-runner molds.
